Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Our agreement is month-to-month. You can cancel with 7 days’ written notice.
Do you force me to take loads?
Never. You approve every load before we book it. You can say no to any lane, broker or rate.
Are you a broker?
No. 10-4 Solutions is a dispatch service working on your behalf. We don’t take a margin from the broker side — our only income is the fee you see on our pricing page.
What equipment do you work with?
Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only, box trucks and hotshot setups.
